Weyburn Housing Authority manages a program and property services portfolio on behalf of Saskatchewan Housing Corporation. The Housing Authority provides affordable housing to seniors, families, and others who could not otherwise access safe, secure shelter in Weyburn and surrounding communities.

The Housing Authority is seeking a Seasonal Groundskeeper to help upkeep properties at various locations.  Duties vary and you may be find

Weyburn Housing Authority manages a program and property services portfolio on behalf of Saskatchewan Housing Corporation. The Housing Authority provides affordable housing to seniors, families, and others who could not otherwise access safe, secure shelter in Weyburn and surrounding communities.

The Housing Authority is seeking a Seasonal Groundskeeper to help upkeep properties at various locations.  Duties vary and you may be find your days spent mowing lawns, trimming trees and shrubs, cleaning eaves, or doing some painting.   You can also expect to assist the team with custodial work including cleaning and maintenance related tasks, as required.

You will need:

Experience with groundskeeping equipment, hand and power tools.
Positive personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
A strong work ethic with time managements skills and good judgment.
Ability to perform multiple tasks and work amongst tenants and the public.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Recognition of, and respect for, people's diversity.
A reliable vehicle and cell phone are required.

This is a full time, seasonal term position to work Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week through to the end of September 2026.
