Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, the Sales & Marketing Lead at Luther Riverside Terrace (LRT) is a key member of the Marketing & Communications division in LutherCare Communities (LCC), partnering with other divisions to achieve organizational priorities at Luther Riverside Terrace including development and implementation of a sales and marketing strategy. The Position:

Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, the Sales & Marketing Lead at Luther Riverside Terrace (LRT) is a key member of the Marketing & Communications division in LutherCare Communities (LCC), partnering with other divisions to achieve organizational priorities at Luther Riverside Terrace including development and implementation of a sales and marketing strategy. The Sales & Marketing Lead supports strategy by using their skill to showcase the advantages and amenities of LRT while promoting the services offered by LCC. The Sales & Marketing Lead demonstrates divisional expertise to enable an innovative and positive working climate in a resident-first culture. The Sales & Marketing Lead's work focusses on LRT while supporting the division. The Sales & Marketing lead is accountable for the following key areas: Division Support, Stakeholder Relationship Management, Position Functions, Analysis & Use of Information, Reporting.

Applicants would typically qualify for this position with a Bachelors or masters degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience and a valid drivers license. Applicants must have strong interpersonal, communication skills and the ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.
