The Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (SLGA) is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to provide support as a Regulatory Analyst - Liquor within the Liquor Licensing and Inspections Branch.

This position is required to work on-site, reporting to the Director, Liquor Licensing and Inspections.

The Regulatory Analyst - Liquor is responsible for providing advice, options and recommendations on regulatory, legislative, policy, and operational aspects of SLGAs liquor regulatory program. This work entails analysis, monitoring trends and issues, and conducting inter-jurisdictional comparisons to effectively lead and coordinate the development and review of SLGA and Government policies. Responsibilities also include initiating strategies and undertaking comprehensive research activities in relevant policy and legislative matters. The Regulatory Analyst - Liquor will be required to ensure the completion of various duties related to the review and preparation of briefing notes and miscellaneous correspondence for key stakeholders.  This position is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on the manufacturing, sales, and service of beverage alcohol in Saskatchewan.
