We value self-improvement and giving back.  We are seeking a nimble individual with strong attention to detail skills to join our Compliance and Risk Team as a Loans Control Officer. If you like order and getting things done right  this role is for you!

As a Loans Control Officer, you will support our lending services by monitoring our lending files and reviewing loan statuses. You will ensure that our lending activities are meeting service standards while remaining compliant with relevant legislation, regulations, and policies and procedures.

Your SPARK:
- Minimum Grade 12 education and previous work-related experience with preference given to individuals with post-secondary education.
- 1-2 years of reporting and data management experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must have excellent communication, accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a compliance or risk role is an asset.
