A rare opportunity to join the only locally owned insurance brokerage in Swift Current. If you are a career-driven individual looking to join a successful and growing brokerage, we want to hear from you!

Insurance experience preferred, but not necessary. If you have the right attitude, we are willing to train!

This position is your stepping stone to a career as an Insurance Broker which means there will be a large focus on learning and training.

Responsibilities
    Provide administrative support to the team of Insurance Brokers
    Coordinate client policy documents
    Maintain accurate client records
    Manage policy renewal dates
    Research insurance products
    Data entry
    Conduct client courtesy and follow-up phone calls
    Process Motor Vehicle transactions
    Coordinate mail-outs, both print and electronic
    Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
    Office or business administration diploma, or at least 2 years of relevant experience
    Experience in insurance, law, or business administration an asset
    Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
    High attention to detail and accuracy
    Time management and organizational skills
    Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs
    Ability to prioritize tasks based on the business needs
    Develop and maintain a positive, professional image with clients and staff
    Willingness to learn
