To fulfill Pattison Agricultures vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for a Service Writer to join our fast-paced, energetic, dealership in North Battleford, SK. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and on-time reports and records relative to the service departments operation within the dealership.

Responsibilities
-Performing administrative duties.
-Fielding customer inquiries to the Service Department.
-Administration of warranty

Responsibilities
-Performing administrative duties.
-Fielding customer inquiries to the Service Department.
-Administration of warranty claims.
-Managing processes, documents and work orders related to customer requests and service department needs.

Requirements
-Previous Service Writer experience an asset.
-Basic knowledge of accounting practices.
-Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and internet functions
-A positive attitude.
-Strong communication skills.
-Exceptional organizational skills.
-A minimum Grade 12 education.
-Experience in an agricultural related field would be an asset.
-This position requires the ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays if necessary.
